In 1930, after the administration of the General Company of Rosario's Electric Tranways, the initiative arose of installing a trolebuses system in the city.
Newly reality was made around 1960 with the acquisition of 40 units zero kilometer to an Italian consortium. The most important line in the system that subsists still, is the K: enabled in 1961 and of character troncal This-west, among Av. Pellegrini and Necochea, and Av. Mendoza and Nicaragua.
